Say Hello to my little friends...

As many of you know this pregnancy has been a very long time coming.  Didn't think it would (honestly).  With this pregnancy I've come to realize that my body does not like to be pregnant like it used to.  This picture is of all the fun stuff I need on a daily basis.  I figured if I documented all I am going through that IF...in a few years I feel baby hunger I might realize how blessed I was just to get this little guy.  I'm defiantly not complaining about this.  All the stuff in the above picture is well worth it a thousand times over when I feel my little guy move and kick.  The only thing up there that isn't a MUST is the Tums, but trust me even though the Dr. didn't have to prescribe it, it's definitely a must, and life saver.  Some of the items I need 4 times daily others 2 some just once thank goodness.  The injections twice a day is my least favorite, but you do get used to it.  I slowly get to go off some of these.  I am 30 1/2 weeks, so 10 more to go.  It seems like it's went way fast, but then when I  really think about when this all started it's been forever.  I have an amazing family who has helped me so much with everything.  From food, to tending, chauffeur, errand runner, and just being there for me with moral support.  I am blessed right now to live across the street from a loving mom and dad, and that has been a BIG blessing in this.  Plus, Dean he is so amazing, I cry every time I think about all he does and puts up with while I've been like this.  AMAZING doesn't even do him justice.  I'm typing this as I sit going on 3 hours in the Lab clinic...one more hour to go, while Dean is coaching my little girls soccer team that I'm the coach of.  Missing the first game, but knowing my family is there cheering and a loving husband coaching I know I'll be there next week, and that they are in good hands.  It's OK.  Life is good!!!

Derby Time

Its that time of year again...the one the dads don't love but pretend to for the boys sake, and the boys can't contain there excitement.  Preston has his annual Pinewood Derby this last year.  His dad and him spent a good amount of time working on this beauty, and it did not disappoint.  You race the same person twice, once on one side of the track, and then on the other.  (to make sure both tracks are fair).  Preston won his first round with both sides.  Second round he went up against the raining champ (ha ha), Preston's wheel fell off at the end of the track, so they let him take a break and fix it and re-race.  He was really nervous.  When it was all fixed they re-raced, and he won.  From then on he won the rest of his races.  One boy from each Den can go to the region race at the scout expo, so Preston won in the Bear den, after all the boys race they race the 3 winners of each den to see which car is fastest.  Preston's car barley won the other 2 boys.  He was so excited to have won this year.  Dad is really glad its over.  Well until the scout expo in a few weeks, and we need to make sure the car is in good shape. :0)

Spring Break Fun!!

We had a great spring break.  The weather was perfect!!!  Which made for a lot more options when it came to what to do.  Monday Dean didn't have to work so we headed down to St. George, we spent the morning shopping for some kids spring clothes, then headed to the park with a lunch for a picnic.  It was a beautiful day so we stayed for awhile.  When we got home Dean took the kids to hit a bucket of balls while I laid down for a bit.  We ended the night with a movie.  Tuesday we played outside in the morning, and then headed to the park with Aunt Marie and cousins.  We stayed there for most of the afternoon then headed home before Dean had to head to work.  Wednesday I had a Dr. apt that afternoon so we meet up with Marie and cousins again at anti-gravity to play in the morning until my apt.  After we left we grabbed a quick lunch at the park, then off to my Dr. apt.  That night we I built the kids a fort and they had a movie night sleep-over in it.

Thursday we stuck around the house.  In the morning we made us some Duct tape purses, and wallets.  The kids have been wanting to do it for a couple weeks, and we finally got around to it.  I think they did a great job, and turned out really cute.

Thursday afternoon we got a call from grandpa he wanted us to go and fly his plane with him.  We were all dying of heat.  Lol.  It was a really hot day, and we did get a little sunburn on our faces and feet.  But no crashes on the plane.  We were impressed Grandpa. Also,  our anniversary 10 years!!!  Dean was sleeping, and that night he worked, and I had to go in for a couple hours for blood work, so we really didn't see each other at all.  We planned on going out Friday.

Friday morning my mom and dad picked us up and we headed to St. George.  Mom and I shopped, while grandpa entertained the kids.  (Lets just say a car wash was in order after they were done)  I got sick that afternoon so we stayed around the house the rest of the day. Which wasn't fun because mom and dad offered to watch the kids for the day while Dean and I celebrated our anniversary.  We ended up staying in. Dean bought dinner, a movie, and we snuggled!!  Yay to 10 years.

We ended the week by taking the kids shopping again, and to Fiesta Fun for some mini golf.  The kids love this, because they have as good a chance as any when it comes to winning dad.  They had a blast, and we ended the night with another movie.  Just had to catch up on all those movies we hadent' seen in awhile.  We had a great spring break.  The weather has been pretty good, and I'm excited for Spring. Yay!!

Daydreams & Dandelion.

We have whats called "Daydreams and Dandelion" at our school.  It is a contest in the art field of things.  The kids all entered and did great.  Preston wrote a poem, and played the piano (he's so awesome).  I hated playing in front of people.
Shaylee, wrote a Short Story about a Horse, and drew a picture.  Addison, drew a picture.  They had so much fun doing it, and spent so much time on there projects.  I am so proud of them.  I love watching them grow and be creative.
