A Sunday visit with baby goats!

My dad goes home teaching to a family that just got two baby goats.  They were only a couple days old when we got to see them.  They were so cute.  My kids would have liked them more…if there wasn't a kitten down by them as well.  The kitten was a spirited one, and we never knew what she was going to do next.  So they were a little nervous.  Brecken of course loved the goats.  They were a little rambunctious so he was a little tentative at first.  As soon as Dean helped hold them he loved every minute of it.  So much fun.

A little bit of everything.

 We've been pretty busy around here and so you are going to get an update of a little bit of everything.  We had our roads paved a couple weeks back and so we had to park on a street a little bit aways by the house.  It was such a windy day and I had been back and forth back and forth.  I finally just put Breck the stroller and forgot to buckle him up…needless to say he fell out and landed on his head.  Great mom right here.  Don't let this picture fool you he wouldn't eat, he cried for a good amount of time tell I gave him Tylenol and put him to sleep.  He also had a pretty hard week.  I had to go to a Stake activity days activity with the girls and Dean wasn't quiet home from work so I left Preston to listen for Brecken.  Dean let me know that when he got home Preston was trying to clean up Breck's throw up.  Preston went to get him from his nap and he had thrown up in his crib.  Poor Breck, and Preston.  Dean made it in time to help clean up, but then the next day he pulled on a chair and it feel back and hit him in the lip.  He had the biggest fat lip I'd ever see.  So to say he's had a hard week would be an understatement.  He's the baby and the kids all bow to him.  So they brought him down his own chair found his favorite thing,  (a balloon), and put a little movie on just for him.  He was in heaven.  It lasted about 15 minutes and then he was done.  He has also been on a cleaning kick, and love to help scrub toilets, and wash of tables, and fold clothes.  He's a good little guy.  The kids have been enjoying the warm weather and have been playing out on the tramp a lot.  They stuffed pillows in their clothes, and had a sumo fight one night.  We couldn't stop laughing.  We also had a chance to try out the Pizza Pie Cafe, and then enjoyed walking around the mall.  We of course had to stop at a photo booth, and have a little fun.  Addison also lost one of her teeth.   I think it is her 6th one, with another on the way.  She was pretty excited that the tooth fairy made it to her, it's been awhile.  Over all it's been a fun month full of Soccer, and school functions.  We sure do love our crazy life.

Easter Sunday

 Easter Sunday was on General Conference weekend.  So we had company staying with us, and didn't have to get up and get ready for church.  We put our Easter in our room this year so the company didn't have to be woken up from our early risers.   We had got a great deals on some light up scooters at Christmas time, so we saved them for Easter.  The kids were pretty excited, they've never had their own scooters, we only have had one or two maybe at a time.  We had a great morning, and enjoyed one an other's company for the day.  We had to of course get Easter outfit pictures, but we had to wait tell the week after when we went to church.  The kids all looked so cute in their Easter outfits.

Cousins

We sure do love when my cousin Lea, her husband Ross and kids come to visit.  They are all about the same age as my kids and we love being with them.  Wish we lived closer to them, but it's still fun to visit.  We of course had to play outside, both families love sports so we had so much fun playing a game of soccer with them.  They came when it was General Conference weekend, so they stayed and listened to a few talks.
