Gender Reveal party
The girls wanted to have a gender reveal party, and I let them have at it. I took them to a party store, and they had so much fun looking for ideas and decorations. We had so much fun working on this together. No one wanted to know what we were having we all wanted a surprise so I had the ultrasound tech put it in an envelope, and I took it straight to the cake maker and let her open it and make the cake without us knowing. We waited a week with the little envelope in our house, because Preston was going to come home that Sunday. So we planned the party for Sunday. Well we found out he could play in a golf tournament the following week up where he was staying, so we just face timed, and let him stay up another week. We just had a small gathering of family that was around, and the girls made a bunch of yummy treats for us to eat. The family was of course torn on what they thought and wanted. The girls wanted a girl, and the boys wanted a boy. Dean thought it was a girl, and I knew in my gut what the baby was so I never went either way, I knew I was right and didn't want to sway anyone. When we first cut into the cake the kids were so excited and you can see it on their faces in the picture. Our first slice came out with pink so everyone started screaming Girl. We pulled out the piece of cake and the pink was from sprinkles in the cake, the frosting was all BLUE, which meant BOY!!! So the Monson household is adding another Boy Monson to the mix. We are so excited. I thought it was a boy, and hoped I could give Breck a little brother that was a little closer to his age then poor Preston. Everyone is excited, thrilled, and I haven't stopped hearing names we need to name the poor boy. We sure can't wait to meet this baby boy, he is already loved so much.

Preston's Summer.
We left Preston up in Bear Lake when we were up for the 4h of July. He was excited to hang out with his cousins, and help his uncle Matt at the golf course. He had a blast, working and playing hard. He worked all month to qualify for a golf tournament down in Logan. All the boys qualified and Uncle Matt took them all down on a Monday to play in their first tournament. It sounds like the had a blast, and learned a lot. We owe Matt and Marci for taking our boy for 3 weeks. He loved every minute of it. He will be home for 2 days, and then gone for another week to Scout camp.

Here we go #5 is on the way!!
I've been forgetting to post this, and thought I better for our Journal. Very surprised, and excited to welcome Monson baby #5 coming the first part of November. This pregnancy is a lot like Brecks. We are making it, and the kids are so excited!!! Seriously I love their enthusiasm. When they came with me to hear the heartbeat they let the Dr know how many kids they each wanted. They ranged from 16-12. In which Breck replied he wanted to be a baby Dr. Dr. Lunt probably thought we were a little crazy, but I sure do love my kids and am so glad they are so understanding with these last 2 pregnancy. Sickness, Bed rest, and many more things, and these kids are champs and always willing to help out mom. I should also not just say the kids, but really Dean. He is amazing and I'm so lucky/blessed to be going through this crazy journey with him. He is the best dad, and husband. Love them all, Plus this little one is already so loved as well.

4th of july fun
4 days after we got home from our big road trip we got back in the car to head up north to visit the Monson family for the 4th. We left thursday night after deans work, and got to grandma's and grandpa's around 10:20 or so. The next morning we woke up bright and early to head back down to Provo to Seven Peaks with most all the Monson families. We were just missing Quin/Dani and Kai. I loved the weather. It was mostly over cast for most of the day with peaks of sun shining through. So for me setting around most of the 7 hours It was pleasant. I still got burnt to a crisp even with my sunscreen but i put on my second layer a little to late. The kids had a blast and we hardly saw them, because they were off with their cousins the whole day. Brecken had a blast he just got hungry toward the end and thats all he could think about. Our family left and went down the street to the BYU creamery for Ice cream and Dinner. We were all starved. We got home around 8 and went straight for the showers, and to lay low for the rest of the evening. Saturday the boys planned to go to the golf course and hit a bucket of balls. The girls decided to do Pedi's and Manicures. The mom's did the girls feet and hands. Fun memories were made, definitely some interesting colors, and fun color combo's. We then went shopping as a family, and prepared for the children's parade. I sat at the end of the pareade and watched and waited for the kids to come. About a minute before it started I look down there road and here comes Dean and Breck. I knew it was most likely a bathroom issue, and sure enough it was. When they got back from the bathroom the parade was underway. So they watched for the kids with me. Once the parade had ended we headed over to our pizza place to eat some yummy dinner. We ended the night with some fun games at grandmas house and then onto Centerville Firework show!!! Sunday morning we went to grandpa and grandma monsoon's ward, and then headed up to Bear Lake to drop Preston off for a few weeks to help at uncle matt's golf course. We had a Yummy dinner put-on by my mom and dad, and got to visit with family. The kids of course went straight for all the play toys, and had fun hanging out with their cousins. We headed back to the monsons that evening and made it just in time for Uncle Quin's Firework show. We then headed to bed to be ready for the Centerville parade monday morning. Monday morning bright and early we headed out to watch the parade. The kids love this parade because of all the treats that get handed out. The parade was just a little hot, and not a lot of floats this year, but Breck and the girls still loved it. After the parade we headed back to the house to play some more cousin games, and have a BBQ. We headed out around 1:30 so we could make it home in time fore some fireworks with the neighborhood.
