Addison turns 10!

Addison tuned 10 on the 25th.  She is a very happy go lucky kind of girl.  I could definitely learn a lot from this little girl about life.  Everything is amazing and awesome.  You asked how her day went and its never good…its always awesome or amazing or any other great word.  She always has a smile and looks for the positive in everything.  She is kinda like the energizer bunny, sometimes you need her to slow down and concentrate.  She loves 4th grade and Chinese class.  She started club soccer this last fall and loves it as well.  She is a snacker and loves treats.  She loves to take pictures as well.  She got a Polaroid camera for Christmas and she has had so much fun with it.  She loves the color yellow, and tacos/pizza.  Her ultimate favorites are Salt and Vinegar chips, Talkies, and pickles.  If she really likes something she compares it to those 3 things.  She wanted a fit bit for her birthday and we found a version of it and she has been in heaven.  She wanted to go to Texas road house for her birthday and had 2 rolls down before our waiter even came.  She mostly goes for the A1 sauce.  I should have just bought her some A1 and she would have been in heaven.  She also wanted to stop at Seagull book and buy a necklace.  she settled on a temple necklace.  We sure love this fun loving girl and are excited for this next year with her.

Shaving lessons

 Someone did not want me to take any pictures of his first try at shaving.  He said he has had a mustache that needed to be shaved off.  We heard it enough times we let him have a go at it one morning with Deans help.  He asked if he had to start shaving everyday, we told him that should last for a little while.  Will see how fast it grows back.

Swaddle

 I have never had a baby that needs to be swaddled as tight as can be to sleep.  He gets so much comfort form being swaddled.  Under this white blanket is a swaddle me blanket  it Velcros like a straight jacket. then we put the blanket on him to keep him warm.  When he starts to roll over and move more we will definitely have to re evaluate the swaddle.  I hope he adjusts well to it when the time comes.

Landon 3 Months

Landon turned 3 months on the 20th of January. After Landon's 2 months shots his neck started to kink to his right shoulder.  He didn't like to move it and really relied on that side.  The day after Christmas my dads neighbor is a chiropractor and he worked on Landon's neck.  It popped quiet a bit, and he went back in a couple days later and seemed to do a little better.  He started to move it around more but still favored his right side.  He has started to suck on his fist and loves them.  Still doesn't love binki's and 95% of the time won't take one.  He has also started to hit at things that hang down by him.  He over to play in his play mat for a little while.  He also loves to talk and coo for me.  He Loves bath time and has gotten to be more predictable with his naps and sleep schedule.  He loves to eat and doesn't like to wait.  He still spits up tons, and gets hiccups quiet a bit from them.  He loves the noise of water running and fans, and they can calm him down most of the time.  He LOVES being swaddled to where he can't move.  He takes about 4 naps one at 9 tell 9:30 or so.  Then again around 11:30-12:30 or so.  Then he goes down around 2-4.  He has a little nap around 6-6:30 or more.  He then goes down for the night around 9-9:30.  He would rather lay down and not be held…not sure if that has to do with his neck or not, but we've been working on making him turn his head more.  These last few weeks his neck has been bad again.  I took him back in to the chiropractor and it doesn't seem to be getting better so we are going to work on it at home, and talk to our Dr when we go in next month.  He has a sweet spirit when he is happy and he is a great addition to our home.  

SunBeams

 Brecken finally got to go to Sunbeams this year.  He is so excited and was glad some of his good friends moved up with him.  He loves singing time and lets everyone hear his voice.  He loves to make his voice shake extra good, still trying to figure out where he learned to shake it so good.  He sure makes us laugh on a regular bases with the things that come out of his mouth.

Baby Snowman!!!

 We had a little snow storm/ice storm this January the streets were covered in ice and made it hard to get anywhere,  Because of this school was prolonged 2 hours to let the ice melt more.  Breck ran out and gathered what snow he could find and came in and showed me his snowman.  Fit right in the palm of his hand.  He could only hold it for a little while because it was to told "cold".  He sure makes me laugh.

Brotherly Love

 Landon loves both his brothers so much.  The girls help out a little more with him, and want to hold him, but when the boys take time for him he is in heaven.  Brecken got him to smile the other day, by sticking out his tongue, and Landon loves to coo and talk to Preston.  Brecken loves to be right in every picture with Landon, and make sure he knows how his toys work, and gets right up in his face and talks in a high voice to him.  Sure do love these boys of mine.
