Brecken's !st year of T-Ball

Brecken was really excited to start baseball this season.  We bought a tee and had been practicing at home with dad.  After the first game he said he liked it and he's done.  He doesn't want to go to anymore games.  He has done awesome though and has since then enjoyed more games.  He doesn't need the Tee to hit off of and hits from a pitcher, he has a good eye and hits the ball really good every time, he has yet to miss.  He has learned to get the ball and throw it to first or tag home, and it doesn't matter where he is at in the field you will find him running for the ball.  He does great.  We sure have enjoyed watching him grow and become better at this sport.

 This kids starts Nursery this month, and I am really excited about that.  Not sure how he is going to feel, but I cant wait.  He is the most stubborn eater I've ever had, and each day is a struggle, on what he will eat.  He also hates eating with a lot of people around.  In these pictures we are at DQ and he took his food over to a corner and ate over there.  He wouldn't touch his food when we were all around him.  He sure is a funny guy!

Family Visit

We always forget to take pictures of everyone when we get together.  My cousin Lea and her family came down the Wednesday before Easter and stayed the nigh on there way to Vegas.  To say our kids love each other is an understatement.  As soon as they arrived they started planning and scheming on ways to get us adults to let a few kids trade places.  Thursday morning we let Preston and Shaylee stay home from school and head down to Vegas with the Belnaps to their basketball tournament, while we kept Bria and Addison with us.  We would meet up Friday to make a switch and hang with them in Vegas.  We have such a good time when we are together with them.  Everyone gets along so well.  We went shopping, and hung out while the kids swam in the pools.  It went by way to fast, but we love seeing them any chance we get.

Easter Day.

 We had a Wonderful Easter filled with amazing conference talks, and feeling the spirit testify that our savior lives.  He loves us and He wants us to return to him again.  We felt the spirit while listening to the new Prophet President Russel M Nelson speak to us, and each of us left with a stronger testimony of this gospel.  We followed it up with FHE the next night and talked about our favorite parts of conference.

Easter Egg Hunts...

 We had a great Saturday of Easter Egg hunts.  The weather was perfect, the kids were great, and conference was amazing.  We started the morning off at 9:00 with the city Easter egg hunt.  Brecken and Landon are the only 2 that can do this one, and they came away with too much.  They had a blast and Landon didn't quiet know what to do with all the candy.  Brecken came away with 3 kites I do believe.  We then went home did a little yard work, watched conference, and headed over to moms for the Eves Easter Egg BBQ and Hunt.  The kids love this every year, and I love watching them every year.  With the beautiful weather we stayed outside as much as we could, and the kids swam, some golfed, and just hang out as a family.  It was an awesome day.  We came home that night to watch the jazz play, and then waited for the bunny to show up.
