Peach days.

We had a wonderful Labor day weekend.  We started the weekend off with Peach days.  My sister and Devin had a booth for Sweet rolled tacos there and so we went to support them, and help however we could.  We went to the big parade Saturday morning and realized that Landon hadn't been in the sun in awhile. Which I've noticed he gets sensitive to the sun when he hasn't been out in it.  He broke out in his little rash, but it was gone the next day.  We love Peach days, and all the yummy food, parades, and family.

 The boys were playing around with their dresser and broke a few drawers.  We ended up needing to buy a new dresser.  While I was putting it together, Landon had to be right by my side helping with everything.  He loved to use all the tools, and kept saying "Okay, what next".  Also, he loves pickles.  Loves them.  He decided to try drinking the juice the other day and now wants it all the time.  He also loves lemon juice.  Weird kid.  We sure love him though.

Shaylee turned 14!!

Happy birthday Shaylee.  She had her day and weekend planned out way in advance.  The day before her birthday (Friday) she asked to invite some friends to st. George to go to the mall and Sweet rolled Tacos.  Dean and I surprised her with lunch and balloons at school since her birthday was on a Saturday.  We picked the girls up and had a blast spending the afternoon with them.  The morning of her birthday Shaylee had an early soccer game and we had to be our of the house at 7:00.  They lost there soccer game, but she got sung too, and we ended up at Maverick to get a breakfast burrito and slushy for her.  While we were at the game Shaylee's friends came over and decorated her room and waited in it to surprise her.  She was so excited to see all her Friends.  We then took them to fizz, while I set out her presents and cleaned up a little.  She then chose to eat out for her birthday which hasn't happened in awhile.  She hates to be sung to.  We finally told her we wouldn't have any waiters or waitresses sing to her.  She chose Texas Road house to eat.  We then went shopping around a little, then headed home. She is a great girl and had a big personality.  She is kind, funny, organized, and smart.  We love having her in our family.

First Day of school 2019

 I have a kid in every school this year.  Yikes.  Preston is at Hurricane High school in 10th grade.  Shaylee is at Hurricane Middle school in 8th grade.  Addison is in Hurricane intermediate in 7th grade, and Brecken is at Three Falls Elementary in 1st grade.  Landon of course gets to be home with me, but he really really wants to go to school with everyone else.

Last Lake day before School!

 We got to the lake bright and early Friday  morning at 6:30.  The water was perfect and the weather was too.  We had a blast with family and the kids all got up and surfed so well.  I had a bum knee from when it dislocated so I was out.  We got off the lake around 11:00 right when it was getting busy.  I love it when we can bypass all the crazies and go early.
