Preston had a busy week of divisions twice this week and went to uta(?) for the divisions. They had some good prospects were he went but the elder and his comp that stayed back at their place came up with nothing. So they are putting together another ward family home evening for monday night to see if they can get any more friends to come. On one of his divisions he went to the other area but the Elder was fairly new and was on a Spanish fast. Where he only wanted to speak spanish and have Preston speak spanish to him. So he said it was a rough day of not understanding each other. They got on the bus to head back to Asuncion and preston dozed off and the other Elder wasn't to sure were they were going and when Preston came to he was like man we have been on this bus way to long and realized they had went an hour out of the way of their stop. He is definitely getting anxious to come home and start real life, job, college, cars, insurance...you name it he is feeling a little overwhelmed, but we are all excited to see him in a week!!!

Shaylee's Mexico Senior Trip
Shaylee was invited by her friend Harlee Oliphant on her senior trip to mexico. The family would be going as well and then a bunch of senior were going. Shaylee was excited to use her passport and head to mexico. She had a great time. They had to drive about 12 hours to get there. so one whole day to driving and then 5 days of playing at the resort and ocean. They also went to the market and Shaylee said she was a little bargainer and everyone turned to her to help them get the best deal. She loved it and loved trying to get the best deal. She got a fun hat and some bracelets keychains and things. She had to live with a mouse in their house and snakes in the pool, but she did it, and made some memories from them. She was ready to come home after swimming for 6 days straight but had a great time.

Golf Camp
The boys did golf camp for 3 days this week. They had a great time. They always get so competitive and want to win the prize for the day. The first day they came home with nothing, but they both said they were so close on winning. The second day the coach made a bet with the kids if he made a chip shot he would let them all get drinks. Well coach made it to his dismay and the kids were so excited to grab a drink. The last day they mostly practiced putting and Brecken won a hat and drink. He was so excited about it and couldn't wait to tell me. He gave Landon the hat and he took the drink. They both got hats and free golf card for doing the camp. It's 5 rounds of golf with your parent and a cart for free. That is why we sign up every year for the camp...it's well worth it for this golfing family.

June 11th-17th
When we talked to Preston he was completely wet. He showed us the down pour that was happening outside and how to missionaries were still playing soccer in the rain. He came in to call us but he was out their with them. The get rain all the time so they are all used to just being wet all the time. Preston was able to facetime with Elders in his old area. He was teaching a young guy and he finally was baptised so he wanted preston to be there and facetime was the best he could do. A family from another area he served in came to take him and his companion out to dinner so they could see Preston before he leaves. He said it was great to see them and the wife/mom told Preston to give her money and she would buy all his souvenirs and family things before he went home. He was pretty excited about that and just got the package with all the stuff in it this last week. They did splits with some other Elders and Preston went to the new area and spent the day and night over there. They did find a couple families, but his companion and the other Elder in their area had no luck. Preston says they just walk and work all day to try and find anyone that will listen to them. We have one more phone call while he is out in the field then he will be in the mission home for his last Monday.
