We started the weekend off with the Hurricane city Easter Egg hunt bright and early at 9:00. The weather was cloudy and chilly so we wore jackets with shorts and try to give all the good vibes to get better weather. Brecken was in the 9-10 age group and Landon was on the other side of the field in the 6-7 age bracket. They both came away with plenty of eggs which were mostly full of tootie fruities and tootsie rolls. After the Easter Egg hunt we came home and boiled Easter Eggs and made deviled eggs for aunt Lisa for Easter Dinner the next day. We then took our eggs over to Grandmas and hung out played games and colored Easter Eggs. Sunday morning we woke up and got our Easter outfits on so we could go to Easter sunday service. Our Sacrament was great this year. Addison had to memorize a part from the living Christ and the boys were in 2 different musical numbers. It was all put on by the youth and it was amazing. We then went over to Grandpas and Grandmas and were able to have Easter dinner an Easter Egg hunt, and the special Easter Egg hunt put on by Grandma and Grandpa. The kids had to find the Egg with their name on it. They were spoiled and all got a 20$ bill from the grandparents. It was a wonderful day reflecting on the life and resurrection of Christ.
