Addison End of Year Ballroom Review

Right after stockshow and surgery we went straight into Ballroom showcase for the end of the year.  Addison has loved ballroom and loves to choreograph.  She got to do a few personal group danves where she choreographed with another girl.  She lettered in ballroom and looked so good up on stage. I'm going to miss watching her preform.

Baseball

Landon is still deciding if he likes baseball.  He sure is good at it and is a great hitter and player.  He has been catching some pop flys and catches the throws his teammates throw to him.

Stock Show 2025

Stock Show week is always a crazy blur.  The kids did so well getting their sheep all prepped this year.  They shaved their lambs and did all the work leading up to the stock show.  At the stock show we were in the light weight class.  First day We had a good showing for showmanship.  Addison looked great out their and Brecken this being his first time without a broken arm did great.  They didn't get called back so we had a fairly short day.  Addison took the reins on this one while I  had to be with Preston for his surgery.  Dean stopped by since he was at the crisis center to help out.   Day 2 I  got up with both of them to get ready for the sheep judging this day.  Breckens sheep was a little stubborn that day and didn't want pose to long. He did great though and his sheep did better than last year.  Addison did great again showing her sheep but the judge just didn't like hers to much.  lol.  With both kids getting towards the end of their classes we knew we would be toward the end on the last day as well.  We didn't have to get up to early for day 3.  We got there around 11:00 and got to work getting our sheep ready so we could get them out of their pens and get those cleaned out.  After we were ready we sat around waiting for our names to be called.  Addison was first and she got 1200$ for her sheep.  She was happy with that.  Brecken had to wait another 20/30 minutes for his sheep to be called but he did great in the ring and smiled at all the bidders.  He to got 1200$ for his.  They both did so well and i'm so proud of all their hard work.
