Prestons Birthday!

 Preston turned nine December 30th.  He had a great birthday.  Well as he put it...this is my best birthday ever.  His birthday landed on a Sunday this year, so we also celebrated a little on Saturday.  We let him take his new remote control car out  to the sand dunes...which he loved, he also choose to take his sisters to McDonald's for lunch.  We then had a date night with mom and dad to Preston's favorite place "Pizza Factory".   He loves that place.  We ended the night with a movie night with the cousins.

 Preston wanted to open his gifts before church, so we got everyone ready and let him have at it.  He got an old I phone of (Lisa, and Dev's )  he wanted to use it for all the games.  So no phone or texting but he treats it like an ipad or kindle.  He was so surprised and shocked,  He just kept saying Thank you over and over.

 He also had to get a few "Y", and "Jazz" things.  We ended that day with cake and Ice cream up at grandpa, & grandmas house with the cousins.

Grandma and Grandpa got a great gift for Preston.  A special BYU football.  He was so excited.  He is a great boy.  He still loves all sports.  Last I heard it was 1st Soccer, 2nd Basketball, 3rd Football, 4th Baseball and golf.  But honestly I think whenever he plays that certain sport it becomes his favorite.  His favorite color is blue, and red. his favorite food is Pizza, Taco's, and Fish.  He loves 3rd grade, and playing with friends.  We threw Preston a birthday party the Friday before school got out, because last year he ended up being sick on the day of his birthday party.  He couldn't narrow his list down, so we ended up with 18 boys for the birthday party.  Dean took them over to a big school field and played games with them.  Great husband.  Preston I think had a great couple of weeks of birthday party fun.  We love you buddy and are so proud of all you do.  You learned all your articles of faith this year, you were top of your class every semester this year, and you love to do everything and anything.  Well unless it has anything to do with animals. We have done quiet well this year with getting used to dogs, and he is doing a lot better with this, both of his scout leaders have dogs so I think that helps.  He loves scouts, and should be ready to head up to wolves.
