Brecken has a love hate relationship with food. Most of the time we end up with pureed baby food. He hates everything I make him, then out of the blue he will eat something so I'll get excited…but then he turns around the next time and won't touch the stuff. He has started to like dips, like ranch and ketchup. Sometimes I can get him to eat stuff he normally wouldn't with dips. But that is also a thing of the past. His newest thing is lettuce. After a week of not eating anything but yogurt and baby food and fruit, he was setting in his highchair crying while I had tried everything. So I sat down to eat my salad, and he starts reaching for some so I throw some on his highchair. It had so Italian dressing and everything, and he ate it. He loved it. He eats it all the time now. He also loves fruit almost any kind. He loves sandwiches with everything on them, tomatoes, salad, Everything. His most favorite thing though is GUM. Grandpa and Grandma have a box full of bubble gum the kind you get in the machine. Well we were at Golden Coral and he ran into one. He was so upset he couldn't get them. People were laughing at him. He sure is a pill when it comes to eating, but hopefully it gets better.
