Monday the 31st. Our last full day of vacation and Memorial day. We planned on hanging out at the beach for as long as we could. We loved our beach the sand and water were amazing. Destin is right next to a few naval bases so for memorial day we had 3 choppers fly by and then 3 fighter jets. It was amazing. We made sure to slather on the sun screen this time so we didn't mess with our already burnt skin. Each day we were on the beach we saw dolphins swimming around. The kids loved playing keep away from the adults in the water and building holes or Sandcastles. After the beach we hurried to get ready because that night we were going to go Dolphin watching on a boat. We were really excited for this one. We booked it at sunset in hopes we would get some great pictures. I must have really thought we could see some dolphins without having to go out to sea...boy was I wrong. I did so good for the first hour maybe, then I was so sick and freezing. I couldn't stop shaking, and was holding back the throw up tell hopefully we could make it off the boat. Everyone else loved it and had a blast. We saw many dolphins and a spinner shark. That one was cool. Overall It was a lot of fun and I'm glad I (we) did it, but I think I'm good on going on boats for awhile. We made it back to shore just in time for me to run to my car and throw up in front of it. I had Dean take me back to the hotel while everyone else went and go Ice Cream again.
