We pulled in late the night before. We were all tired and hungry. We got dinner and relaxed then in bed. Dean and I woke up early and headed to walmart to pick up or groceries for the week. It took sometime and the kids decided to head down to the beach to play for the day. The water was beautiful, and the sand amazing. We got back around 10:00 and made it down to the beach to join the kids around 11:00. The water was warm, and crystal clear. We played in it for quite some time before we got out to play in the sand, and get a game of volleyball going. Sand volleyball was a hit with everyone. We got so hot and tired we all ended up back in the water after our game. We ended up staying at the beach tell about 4:00, and then headed up to get ready to go down to harborwalk village and take in some sightseeing. We realized everyone got fried at the beach as we were getting ready for dinner. Poor Landon and Breckens faces, and everyone else was bright red as well. Oops. We walked around and looked at all the shops, and booths. They had MargaritaVille restaurant so of course we had to get pictures by that. They had people walking that did balloon creatures, all the boys got a balloon sword. We didn't find a place to eat on the boardwalk so we went across the street to Whataburger. It supposed to be a famous hamburger chain back east like our In and Out. Preston said it was huge and good, but he likes In and out better. My chicken sandwich was fine and everyone was so hungry we inhaled it. A lot of fast food restaurants were still closed inside from covid so we had a lot of eating in the car or taking it back to the condo dinners. After Dinner we headed back to watch the sunset on the Beach and walk around. Our first whole day in Florida was amazing and we couldn't wait for the next morning.
