Wisdom Teeth Gone/ Implant in

We have put off Preston's Wisdom teeth removal 3 different times. He had state golf, then it was too close to christmas, last we had a family vacation planned.  So his scheduled apt was for the Friday before Breckens baptism, but we couldn't reschedule again so we kept it.  Dean had to have implant and bone reconstructive surgery and his has taken months to get to this point so when they told us they were ready to schedule his surgery we put in on the same day and time as Preston's to get them both done at once.  Both surgeries went very well.  Preston had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and he was in and out in under 40 minutes.  Dean had to have some bone re-graphed and an implant put in and his took about 45 minutes.  They both did really well and came out of anesthesia fairly well too.  Funny story.  Preston got out first and was more awake then Dean.  When Dean came out he told Preston he said a prayer for him, Preston told him he didn't say one for him, but did say one for himself.  Dean told him that he was selfish and Preston then told Dean he was looking out for number 1.  (meaning himself).  The nurse helped me get them all settled in the car, and then we headed home.  I spent 40 minutes in line to get smoothies for everyone, and another 2 hours trying to get their medication from the pharmacy.  I spent and hour at grocery pick up, and I came home to help the guys as best as I  could.  We had Mom monson come down for the baptism, and she stopped by to check on the boys.  They both did good that first day.  Saturday the day of the baptism they both seemed to be doing well as long as they kept up on their meds.  They didn't have to much swelling and were able to talk, but not eat anything yet.  Sunday was a different story.  They both woke up swollen and sore.  They took it easy for most of the morning and we headed down to Noa's baby blessing at Quin and Dani's. By Monday Preston was starting to eat better and wasn't' very swollen, Dean still struggled a bit and needed a couple more days of soft food before he felt okay to try something else.  So glad they are done and we can put that behind us.
