Preston's graduation was at 8 am on Wednesday the 25th of May. They tried to do it early enough that we wouldn't all die from the heat. It was a great ceremony as fast as it could be with announcing names and everything. Grandpa and Grandma Eves came as well as Aunt Stephanie. Afterwards we had to fight are way through the crowds to get some pictures of all the friends together. They are such a good group of kids. Such a fun class to see grow up together. We then went home and celebrated with a cake and presents and then got ready to go to a big graduation party with all Preston's friends and family at Tava resort at their clubhouse. We had a big get together with food, swimming, pickleball, wallyball, and lazy river. The kids had a blast as well as the parents. We stayed there for about 4 hours and the kids didn't want to leave. We then headed home to get ready for Grad night. Dean and I were working a night shift from 9:00-1:30 am. Dean had to work the next day so he wasn't to excited. I had some stomach issues all day so was hoping I could make it. We were in charge of the Wrecking ball blow up. They kids had blocks they had to stand on and then they would throw this big inflatable wrecking ball at each other to try and knock people off their blocks. Around 12:00 they had a comedian show, at that time I wasn't feeling the best so I had Dean take me home while he finished out the night. Preston ended up winning a laptop that night and was pretty excited about that. Time's a thief. The days are long, but the years go by so fast. Preston is a great son and loved to be involved in everything at school. He made his senior year the best it could be and loved every minute of it. He is a great son and we are so excited for his future.
