Back to school dates with my kids. I knew we would be taking the girls to Vegas later in the week so I wanted to spend some one on one time with the boys. The first day we went and found backpacks for them and then had to hurry back because Brecken was invited to do something with some friends last minute. The next day I took them down to get some school supplies and a treat from mom for the year. They then chose Chuck a rama for lunch. They love that place, but not necessarily for the food. They love the fries and fry sauce, and chicken strips, pizza, and of course the corn on the cob. Little things like that but they really go for the slushies and the icecream of course. The boys had earned free meals there from their summer reading program so I didn't mind taking them. Since I didn't have to pay for them. Brecken is so excited to be the oldest in the school in 5th grade. I can't believe we are at that point. He also is excited for his teachers which he loves. He has the same ones from last year Mrs. Larsen, and Mrs. Cheng. Landon is heading into 1st grade and doing dual immersion Chinese. We will see how he does with it and if he ends up liking it, but I like the kids that are in the classes so it should work out just fine. He has Mrs. Houghton and Mrs. Chen.
