Elder Monson is just trying to figure out this new area he is over. Him and Elder Torgerson are the Zone leaders of this little area. There are like 8 of them so 2 district leaders, 2 zone leaders, and then 2 sisters are a leader. So that leaves just one companionship not in a leadership position. They cover a lot of area with so few of them. They are working hard though and have one person on date for baptism that the other Elders were teaching before they left. He is so glad to have some money again, and says it is so hot and humid. in the high 100's with 90% humidity. He is wet all day long. lol.
