Monson Retreat.

The Monson's came down at the end of June for a little "Monson reunion" you could say.  They have been planning it for quiet sometime...since they found out starlight express would be coming to Tuacahn.  They went to Tuacahn Thursday night.  Front row seats I hear cant be beat on this show.  The kids loved being up close, and seeing the actors on skates so close.  From what I've been told, my kids like this show the best out of all they've seen.  I was a little surprised at the girls response...because it beat out Little Mermaid, and Aladdin, but they were all adamant that this was the best.  They had a blast and I'm sure glad we have such a great Grandpa, and Grandma who make sure we all have a great time and get together.  We love them so much.

Ha ha I love this picture because you can tell which child didn't get to stick their head in the hole they wanted.
All the kids had to have the front row.  Perfect spot for them too.

Next of course came swimming day.  It was the hottest it had been all summer long.  Record breaking actually, so the only thing there was to do was SWIM.  The crew came over to my parent's house and swam for most of the day.  We all had a blast.  Preston and Ammon had to try out the putting green a few times, to take a break from swimming.

I love this picture.  Do you all like Dean's head dress?  Dean tried to talk dad into getting some sun, but soon learned it was way to hot for grandpa, and himself.
Little Brecken slept the day away...or had a little heat stroke from going into the heat and back in the house but either way he slept.  We love him and he is getting so big.  The next morning Saturday we meet up with everyone for our annual Breakfast at Golden Coral.  We have to MAKE the kids eat real food, before they head to the desert bar for the rest of the morning.  Chocolate covered chocolate, chocolate covered anything, cotton candy, and they now have Hard ice cream which all the kids got as well.  Augghh.  Needless to say we skipped lunch because we were all so full.  The Monson's left that morning to make their way back home.  We love them, and love when they come to visit.
