HAWAII DAY 3!!!

Zip-lining in Hawaii was amazing. We decided it would be a fun way to see the island and we had heard this particular zip-line was the best.  You had to be 6 years old, and weigh a certain amount so we had to leave Brecken and Landon behind.  Quin and Dani were nice enough to watch them for us.  We choose a early morning slot so it would be a little cooler.  We had about 11 in our group counting our 5.  It was so fun.  The weather was beautiful, and the scenery was amazing.  We go through the mountain/garden area of the mountains where they grow most of the food they eat on the island.  So at some of the towers we were able to sample food.  One of the towers was macadamia nuts.  We had to crack them ourselves with a rock.  They were so yummy.  We got to try there different types of grape and cherry tomatoes.  We also got miniature bananas.  Some of the towers tried us more then others.  On one tower you had to pull yourself up with a rope to get to the top of the tower.  To say my arms were burning by the end would be a understatement.  We also got to repeal straight off a couple of platforms, as well as ride upside down on a couple.  Overall, the kids did awesome and loved the adventure.  After we did zip-lining we headed to the beach to play and pick up our little boys to get a lunch.  After lunch we headed back to the beach to play on our boogie boards.  the kids because pros, I couldn't get them out of the water.  We ended the day with a trip to Sunset beach, and the clouds parted for a second to see a little bit of a sunset.  It was a gorgeous night and the kids had a blast looking for shells, and walking the beach.  On the way home we stopped at the famous Toms bakery to check out all the baked goods.  Tonight all the rest of the family would be making it to Hawaii.
