Hawaii day 7!

Hawaii Temple, and PCC
Tuesday morning we planned for the older kids to go to the temple and do baptisms, while the younger kids stayed back with a few of us and watched the younger kids at the beach.  Hard life I know.  ha ha.  The kids had Dean baptize and confirmed them and some of the nieces and nephews.  They said the temple was a little different inside and a little smaller then the St. George one.  Afterward they took pictures outside on the temple grounds.  Such a neat experience for the kids.  Meanwhile Quin Dani Eric and I took all the younger kids to the beach.  They had so much fun the sun was out for some of the time and they enjoyed riding the waves.  It started raining around 11so we ran for cover and waited to here if they were out of the temple.  We left for the PCC around 12:00.  The weather was off and on cloudy, but we had a blast with family and went to as many villages as we could.  Our first village we were taught a game with sticks.  The kids loved this game and couldn't get enough of it.  Even the adults were getting into it.  The first round ended with Dean and Shaylee in the final 2.  Then Preston made it to the final 2 the second round.  After the games the kids lined up for painted tattoos.  This was a big hit with everyone.  Even Landon sported one on his arm.  We hit up a couple villages and made some cards, and necklaces, then went to save seats for the river show.  The river show was amazing and the story was fun to hear, but the sun had chose to stay out and we were all hot.  After the river we moved onto a couple more villages, and learned a stick song, and the hula.  The boys had that down.  We then headed off for our buffet. We were all starving by that time and shoved in as much food as we could.  We were so stuffed and tired from the long day, but new we needed to still get to the show that evening.  The kids loved the show, but their favorite part was the fire dancers.  They said they could have watched that all night, and I agree, so fun to watch.  The little boys feel asleep in Dean's and My arms, and we carried them to the car to head to bed.  We had such a fun day with cousins and family.
