So we got ready packed the car and headed to Vegas a little bummed and sad. We got to our resort and headed straight to the pool. The weather was supposed to be the best that day and the next so we decided to take advantage of it. They had a few waterslides open and the kids went to town on them. The water was warm and enjoyable and we stayed tell it was time for dinner. After everyone got ready we headed out to eat to Chili's. Then we did a little shopping and headed back to our resort for the night. The next day we were up and decided to look at a few stores while we waited for the pool to open. There was a park at the Town Square shopping center so the younger boys ended up there with dad while I took the big kids shopping. The girls found quite a few things, as well as Preston. We grabbed a quick lunch and headed back to our hotel to swim the day away. They had a couple more pools open on Friday since it was the weekend. We all enjoyed the warm spring weather and lounging by the pool. We ended up leavening around 5:00 to get cleaned up for dinner. We went to so many different places to try to get a seat and everywhere was booked...we ended up at Black Bear Diner. It was okay, but the boys were most excited about the icecream they got at the end. We them went around vegas down the strip to watch the light show and show the kids fremont street. You had to park your car and get out and walk so we just drove past, not feeling to comfortable going out with all the kids down the old strip. We called it a night and new it would be windy the next day so we were going to do a big shopping/mall day. Saturday we woke up and shopped from sun up to sun down. We went to a few different malls, the boys were so over it, but the big kids could have kept going. We came back to the resort and ordered takeout which dean went and picked up and ate at the hotel. We were supposed to check out Sunday and head home, but decided to head to Phoenix Arizona instead!! Aunt Marie, Uncle Eric, and their girls were headed down there so we decided to go with them.
