We squeezed in the St. George open house on a Friday. It was so fun to go with the kids and show them where I took out my endowments and the temple that we used the most. It has been closed for about 3 years for renovation and we've been down to just the Cedar City temple so it will be so nice when it opens back up. They took it back to when it was first built and tried to use all the things that you would have seen in the temple when it was first built. Lots of bold colors. Royal blues, velvet drapes, maroons, black and gold light fixtures. They kids love to walk through and it wasn't to crowded at all that we were able to not feel rushed and pushed around. We all loved it and we are excited for it to open in December.
