We were a little crunched on time to get Preston's missionary pictures done. We had a couple dates and times set up but the photographer had to cancel because of Covid. I talked Steph into coming with me and snapping a few pictures of Preston in his name tag and spanish book of mormon. It was windy and the Paraguay flag pictures didn't want to work because of that. We tried our best and got a couple good ones...(thanks to aunt Steph). Preston's good friend Trey came along and helped out how he could and we snuck in a couple pictures of them. They had just came from "dress rehearsal " song practice for Preston's farewell. All the boys decided to wear matching ties and suspenders while they sang. Our bishop asked all the young men who were serving missions to sing together at Preston's farewell since he was the first to go. I think it hit me when we were doing these pictures that this was getting real, we were getting closer and he would be leaving us soon. We are so proud of him and his willingness to serve our heavenly father and our Savior Jesus Christ.
