Landon entered his school talent contest "Daydreams and Dandelions." He did 2 entries one for drawing, and one for visual art. The visual art one we used pastels so it could go into that category. You only can enter one thing per category. They let the parents know a couple days before if there child won an award so they could be there for it. Well I never got notified so I told Landon he didn't need to look for me. Well I had this feeling that I should go anyway just to be sure, and I blew it off. He came running out the car after school to show me his 2nd the 3rd place medals he won. Luckily one of his friends was standing right next to Landon during the awards assembly so she sent me pictures she had. Darn it i'm so mad I missed it but so proud of Landon.
