Woke up early again to get out some golf practice for our big golf tournament later in the day. The sky was showing off and had a killer sunrise as well as cloud formations. It started out a little chilly but definitely heated up by hole 4. Landon, Preston, and Dean could live out on this course all summer. We had fun playing and hanging out after that around the house. We did some card games and talked. We then headed over to get some lunch in garden city and to look at sweatshirts. We ended up at Zeps for lunch which is now my new favorite. My turkey sandwich and sweet potato fries were so yummy. I was stuffed after my lunch so I didn't get a shake but a few people did. We then did a little shopping around town and then headed back to go our golf tournament. This year the teams were my family plus grandma, and then lisa's family plus grandpa and Steph. Everyone played so well and we had some great holes. I left about hole 6 to start on dinners. We were having tacos for dinner and Addison came with me to help. When everyone returned we read the scorecards to see which team won....and it ended in a TIE. It was so fun to see everyone's reaction and to talk about each hole. We finished the night off with some more games and watched the world cup. Dean and them ran to bear cave to get their shake they didn't get earlier and were gone for like 2 hours. They were so upset with how long it took. When they got home we all headed to bed to get up and check out of the Eves B&B. Sunday we woke up and did all our cleaning so we could get on the road. Preston and Addison road down to provo together and we were meeting up with them in provo to do lunch and get all his stuff dropped off to him. We then headed on our way again and ran into some pretty good rain. When we got to Beaver it was coming down pretty good. Right after we past Beaver we got an alert that I15 was closed in Beaver due to a Flash flood going along both parts of the highway. Steph was behind us and she got stuck in the traffic. She said it added 4 more hours to her drive time. We got lucky...she did not.
