We just finished up with our Monson "Cousin Camp", as Grandma Monson calls it. We had a lot of fun with the family. We of course started it off with a dinner at the Pizza Factory Monday night when they arrived. We barely fit up in there big banquet room we almost needed another row of tables. They kids had a blast seeing each other again, and the talking didn't stop even when the food came. We then headed home to meet up with them the next morning. We started Tuesday off with a free movie in hurricane. We watched Epic and all the kids did great Brecken even made it through for the most part. After the movie we headed over to swim at our house or (grandpa and Grandma Eves) house. We ate lunch and swam the day away. I think we finally pulled kids out of the water and packed back up around 5. They all get along so well, and it was a beautiful day to swim. We then met up with them Wednesday morning for pictures, and hiking on the red rocks. The kids are old enough now they really love to hike and go exploring, we lasted a lot longer there then I thought we would. After hiking we did a little craft Aunt Heidi had brought, and then onto the Children's Museum where we spent a couple hours. After that we had to head home because we had the start of the Summer Games for Preston, that night. They all went to see Allie in Annie Jr. Since we had went the week before we headed up to support Preston in his first game. We missed them Thursday morning because of Soccer…but they headed home Thursday morning anyway. We sure love when they visit and enjoyed what time we did get to see them.

Brecken 13 months.
I know I don't need to be posting month by month of Breck anymore…and I won't be, but he had a few things I wanted to document. He loves to swim, he loves to be in the water, and wants to do it all by himself. He has been interested in dogs this last month, and follows them around. He had his fist run through the sprinklers and loved it, but was really cold afterwards. He also had his first tractor ride and love it. He is cutting 4 new teeth. He has 2 on the bottom 1 on the top and is getting one more on the bottom and 3 more on the top. So he has been biting, and rubbing his mouth on anything. He still doesn't want to talk much. He says nom nom when he wants to eat, and really only mama, and dada. He can point to his nose if you ask him to, and his eyes. He also gives kisses and Hi fives. He does wave bye, but doesn't do it often at all. He loves to brush his teeth, and play with balls. He loves books, and to turn the pages. He loves to put things into cups or boxes, and collect them, then throw them out all over. He takes one good nap a day. Usually from 1-4. He still yells a lot. He is definitely shy around strangers, and really anyone. He ducks his head and will not look up tell he knows you are no longer looking at him. He is still learning to like food, and every meal is a challenge…unless it involves chocolate…the perks of living with grandpa (ha ha). We love you Breck.

What do you do in the Summer time?
Dean and the boys went down down to a few man stores…so us girls went and got our feet done. It was so fun to take the girls for the first time to get pedi's. They were in heaven. The irony of it all was for little Addy trying to get her feet in the water, and feel the wonderful massage chair. We have also do some mini golf, dirt bike riding, park days, slushies, water balloon fights, splash pads, and got to see our cute niece in the play Annie Jr. Of course what would summer be without s'mores. Brecken had his first s'more, and to say he liked it would be an understatement. We are having fun, and can't wait for more to come.
