Brotherly Love

 Landon loves both his brothers so much.  The girls help out a little more with him, and want to hold him, but when the boys take time for him he is in heaven.  Brecken got him to smile the other day, by sticking out his tongue, and Landon loves to coo and talk to Preston.  Brecken loves to be right in every picture with Landon, and make sure he knows how his toys work, and gets right up in his face and talks in a high voice to him.  Sure do love these boys of mine.

Christmas Break Shenanigans

 I know I posted about how grandpa Eves and Uncle Matt took the kids to the church gym every morning at 8:30 for basketball drills and games.  It was so fun for the kids and I feel they learned a lot.  I just wanted to post some pictures of it.  Also, I posted about the family going to Pizza Factory, but since Dean had just had surgery Mom and Dad Eves took the kids, So all the pictures are from Grandpa Eves.

Preston 13th Birthday "We have a Teenager"

 Preston turned 13 on the 30th!!!  He was so excited.  This winter break uncle Matt, and Grandpa have been taking the kids to the church gym to play basketball.  So we did presents before he left and then I picked up donuts for everyone after practice.  His favorite gift was 4 Jazz tickets to a January game.  He can invite 2 friends and that is turning out to be a hard decision.  lol. After basketball and hanging out with cousins he came home and got ready to go golf with a couple friends.  That night he had a sleep over with his cousins and played and watched a movie.  Over all I think he had a great day.   We sure love him.  He is very smart and he has a very easy time in school.  He is on the Student council and loves it.  He is playing basketball and thinks he really wants to keep learnng that sport more.  He loves to read and be outside with friends.  He loves Soccer and golf and can't wait for the weather to warm up a little bit to get back out to do both.  He loves pizza and root beer.  He is a wonderful young man and has a great testimony of the gospel, which he shared experiences and his love for the gospel with us many occasions.  We sure lucked out with this young man and love him so much.

Eves Christmas Party

 We decided to wait to play all our Christmas Eve games to when we were all feeling better. Then we found out Katie and Justin's family were coming so we waited tell they got here.  We had our Eves Christmas party Wednesday night.  We had a blast hanging with everyone and the games were awesome.  Mom and dad really do spoil us and make sure we have fun.  Our white elephant gifts were great.  I ended up with a 10$ Chick fil a card, Dean got a punching bag, Brecken got chocolate and sparkling grape juice.  Shaylee received lotion gum and other things, Preston got golf balls, and Addison got car fresheners and things to clean a car. I sure do love this family of mine.
