Landon 7 Months

Landon turned 7 months on the 20th.  This last month he learned how to master sitting up.  He rolled over a handful of times again, got really sick, and decided he didn't like any veggies we gave him.  He got really sick right after he turned 6 months.  We all went through some pretty yucky stuff, but of course Landon's turned into a infection with his eyes and ears.  We got him on some antibiotics and it helped a ton, because of his sickness he cuddled just a tiny bit.  It took about 2 weeks for him to start to return to his normal self.  He loves sitting up like he is a big kid and playing with everything in sight.  He also puts everything in his mouth.  He loves going on hikes and being in the baby wearer.  He loves being outside, but we think he has some allergies.  He say's MAMA a lot.  I practiced with him quiet a bit.  I now hear dean in with him saying DADA.   Im sure he doesn't know what mama is but he says  it so that counts for something.  He is babbling quiet a bit and is really loud about it too.  His hair looks like it is coming in little on the red/auburn side.  Only time will tell on that one.  His blue eyes are turning more blue by the day.  We sure love this little caboose to our family and are so glad he joined us.

Mothers Day

 Dean made me the yummiest Breakfast ever for Mother's day.  He made us all omelets.  Mine had spinach and feta.  It was sooo good.  I had the best mothers day ever.  My kids and husband our amazing.  I sure do feel blessed everyday.

End of Season Soccer/Start of Season Golf

 We had a hard fought Spring season with both girls soccer teams.  We could never get a full healthy team together tell almost the end of the season.  We still pulled out a 3rd place...which we wont complain about in the Gold Bracket.  Addison's team played in the bronze bracket and took 1st I do believe.  It was fun to watch them both and see them improve season to season.  Preston signed up for summer Jag program here in St. George.  (junior association of golf)??  He had a skills start up challenge and did great, then starts tournaments this next week.   Brecken and Landon did great going from one game to the next this season.

4 Years old

Brecken turned 4 this year.  He was so excited!! So much so that he woke up bright and early around 6:20!!  He wanted everything the same as last year.  He kept showing me pictures in his photo book of his last year birthday.  He sure is a funny kid.  He really wanted balloons.  All the colors of the rainbow balloons.  We got them and then the orange one popped it was pretty funny and broke your heart at the same time to see his reaction when it happened.  He asked for bubbles, Lego's, race track and cars, and flying glow in the dark helicopters, as well as swords, and water balloons.  I think we managed to get them all and he was in heaven.  He is such a good boy.  He is definitely a mommas boy.  Him and Addison get along really well and love to play together.  This however has become a little issue, because he now loves all girl things.  When he colors he draws hearts and flowers rainbows, and cakes, pink, reds, purples....ya you get the idea.  He also goes around saying cute, and pretty a lot.  We are trying to work on that a little and having him hang out with the boys more..lol.  He wanted Chicken salad pizza for his birthday dinner, as well as pizza factory #4 pizza.  He wanted donuts for breakfast and ham and cheese sandwich for lunch.  He played in the rain with mom and played tag, and said it was his best day ever.  He sure make all of us laugh on a daily bases.  He loves drawing and is really good at it.  He loves creating things weather it be in the sand box, with play dough or coloring.  We go through so much paper.  He likes to ride his bike and jump on the tramp.  He loves playing never get away with dad and siblings.  He sleeps great except for when he sometimes wakes up early.  His favorite color is pink and blue.  He loves cheese tortillas and Ham and cheese sandwiches with pickles.  He loves paw patrol right now.  Oh, and he LOVES to build things with his blocks.  All day everyday.  Happy Birthday big boy

Father's and Son's

This year was a busy weekend for Father's and Son's.  Dean is the Elders Quorum President and so he was en charge of the breakfast the next morning.  He also had 2 soccer games he had to coach bright and early.  It was the iron man race so our access street was shut down, and Deans family was down for our nieces baby blessing.  It was however a beautiful day and night to have a camp out.  Brecken was getting used to being away from mom, but has his good friend Owen there so they had a blast together, and of course Preston loved it because he has most of his good Friends in our ward.  Dean forgot one extra sleeping bag so he said he froze all night.  They had fun and made it back in time to coach some soccer games.  Love these boys of mine.  The girls cant wait tell Landon is old enough to join in on the fun of Father's and Son's ha ha.

Piano Recital spring 2017

 Preston, Shaylee, Addison all had their Spring Piano Recital this first week in May.  We have been so sick with everything that they didn't get to practice as much as we would have liked.  They still pulled through and did amazing.  Love seeing each recital how much they grew from the last one.  Love these kids of mine.
