Fall Break

We headed up North for Fall Break to be with Grandpa and Grandma Monson, Shop, Go to Pumpkin patches, See the fall leaves, and spend some time with  Great Grandma Hannah.  We left Thursday afternoon and made it to point of the mountain before traffic had us stop and go to Cabellas, the outlets, and Dinner.  The little boys loved the fish at Cabellas and we spent a little bit of time in there.  We then had to go on the hunt for Pants for Preston since he didn't have any.  We found a few and then headed to dinner.  Landon of course enjoyed all the food, especially the dessert.  We made it to the Monson's that night, and woke up to head to the Pumpkin patch.  On our way to the patch we called Great grandma Williamson and she ended up coming with us and spending the day with us.  She was so much fun to be with and was up for anything.  We met up with the Hansen family and Grandma Monson at the Pumpkin patch where we all got on a Hayride and went out to loo for our pumpkins.  We left with some pretty good ones and Landon found his right off that bat.  It was the first one when we stepped off the wagon.  After getting our pumpkins we ended up at Wendy's for lunch.  We then took Landon home and had him sleep while we took the Ranger and went for a ride up Bountiful canyon to see all the fall leaves.  It was actually a beautiful day, it just got a little chilly the higher up we went.  Grandma Hannah was a good sport and went the 2 hours with us.\ \We then headed back to get ready for dinner.  We ended up at Texas Roadhouse with the Hansen family again, and everyone had a great time.  The next day we went Shopping for winter clothes for the kids most of the day, and then headed back to watch the football game with Grandpa Monson.  We had a great Fall break it was much needed.  Now we just need to teach Landon to sleep in other places besides his crib!!

Baptism's

Shaylee had the opportunity this last month to go do baptisms for the dead with some friends.  It was her first time, and I didn't get to go with her, but got a cute picture of her before she left.  She loved it and said she had to do a ton.  I sure do love that she is choosing to do something so great with her time.  Love her.

Sticker Patch

While Brecken, Landon, and I were out for our morning exercise, Brecken wanted to ride his scooter and tripped and fell in a Sticker patch.  I saw it coming.  I knew right were his hand would land, and there was nothing I could do about it.  Poor kid.  He was brave though and let me soak it and clean it off.  The pictures just don't do it justice.

In Between Conference Weekend

Some of the kids had Soccer games in Mesquite the Saturday of general conference.  I stayed behind to take Brecken to his game.  After the morning session of conference we took the boys up to the driving range.  Grandpa Grandma and Stephanie came along and it was a beautiful day.  Brecken is at an age where he doesn't want help.  He kept holding and swinging wrong so grandpa and grandma kept trying to help him and he kept saying "I Know guys, I know".  He sure is funny.  He does love golfing though so I hope he will become teachable soon.

General Conference Shenanigans

General conference Sunday was so wonderful.  I had told the family they better not fall asleep the second session or else.  Well Dean got all cozy right from the start, and was the first to go to sleep, but when we got around to putting marker on his face he woke up after the first eyebrow.  The other kids were in a pretty deep sleep and didn't feel a thing.  Shaylee woke up extra ornery from it, and may have throw a little tantrum.  Brecken, and Addison handled it just fine.  Preston made it to the end.
