Brecken's American Flag report

 Brecken came home so excited to do this project.  He could chose to do it on any of the National Monuments, Bald Eagle, Liberty Bell, and Landmarks.  Brecken though didn't want any of those.  He wanted to do his on the American flag.  He loves the Stars, and Stripes.  He loved doing this report.  He colored everything wrote out all his parts he wanted to say, and had so much fun putting it together.  He did a great job presenting in front of the class.  The teacher gives the kids a mic to wear around their neck so they can be heard, but Breck was still a little timid and wasn't to loud.  Overall he had a great time with this project.

REC Basketball has begun.

 Brecken has started rec basketball and pretty much tells us how much he hates it daily. Ha Ha.  I don't know what we are going to do with this kid.  He even has all his best friends on the team.  He does do good when he gets into the game, but mostly tells the coach he needs a sub, because he is tired.  The girls started their rec team.  This is the last year they will be on the same team, as Shaylee will become a Freshman.  They are both doing great and both start for the team. 

Cross Stitching.

For young women's Addison's class did some cross stitching.  Addison came home super frustrated, but didn't give up.  She finished it the next day.  It was so fun to see her work and enjoy creating.  It looks great.  Love you Addison.

Braces are off!

 After a little over 2 years Shaylee got her braces off. They also did gum surgery since her gums had grown down low.  Her teeth turned out great and she was excited to get them off.  I cant believe how much she has changed between these 2 pictures.  She will be a Freshman next year.  I cant believe how fast they grow up.  Sure love this girl and her smile.

Club soccer

Club soccer for all the kids came to a close the first week in November.  It's so nice to be done.  Then again Basketball starts this next Saturday so I guess we are never done. 

My little sidekick.

Landon wanted to take some pictures on Halloween since we were wearing matching shirts and send them to dad.  He couldn't stop laughing while I tried to take them.  I also found him sleeping sitting up in his bed the other day.  Poor guy was playing with cars and feel asleep.

Halloween 2019.

 

 Halloween is getting a little different each year. This is the last year Addison is aloud to go around trick or treating.  She went off with friends for the night.  Preston had a party he went to, and Shaylee threw a party at our house with some friends.  So we just had Brecken and Landon to walk around with.  We first all met at my moms for our annual dinner of Chili, and then we got pictures and headed our separate ways.  Landon struggled so much with his costume this year.  He was hook and could not stand the Hat and Hair.  My goodness.  He cried all during pictures.  We took his mind off of it for about 3 houses and then he had a hard time the rest of the night walking around.  He wanted to stop with about 4 houses left so Dean took him up to my parents while I finished out with Brecken.  Brecken was tick tock Croc from Peter pan.  So Brecken and Landon's costumes were supposed to go together.  Addison dressed up as an animal and all her friends dressed up as different ones as well.  Shaylee was the queen of hearts with her friends.  Preston was a super hero with some of his friends.  Over all it was a fun Halloween...next year we will make sure Landon has a costume that he can handle.
