Busy December Saturday

4 Basketball games, Temple Trip, Ward Party, Birthday Party, and Work Party.  That was our Saturday.  So first off.  Shaylee was in a basketball tournament all weekend, and Dean hadn't been able to watch her play so he went to watch her, I  had a wonderful trip planned to go to Cedar and go through the temple with one of Preston's friends for the first time before his mission.  Hollis loved it and we love him.  He is a great kid,  The moms all got a picture to send to their missionaries with Hollis (minus a few that had to leave).  While I was at the temple, we had Addison take the boys to Landon's game that morning where he made some great shots and won their game..  Then we all made it back to go to Breckens game that afternoon.  They won as well.  Brecken got a bloody nose in the first quarter and was out tell the 4th quarter.  Both sides wouldn't stop bleeding.  Dean and I went to his work party at the Rattlin D Playhouse.  We got a dinner and Show.  We set next to my cousin David and and his family and enjoyed talking with visiting with them.  He works on another floor in administrations with Dean. The show wasn't one of my favorites, but they still did a good job and had it's funny moments.  While we were at the work party, we had Shaylee take the little boys to the ward party.  They had Lonny boys cater, and I  guess it was so crowded they took their food to go because there was nowhere to sit.  (Shaylee was thrilled to leave...she wasn't to happy about us making her take the boys).  Addison had a birthday party that night that Aunt Stephanie was using our car to help drive kids down to so Addison went with Steph to tahta.  Overall it was a good but busy day.

 

Hermey The ELF

Our Elf Hermey showed up on Dec 1st.  He usually brings us some Christmas PJ'S and a couple new Christmas books.  He did not disappoint this year.  The kids ate all their Sugary Breakfast and loved their new PJ'S and books.  Breecken and Landon decided to have a sleep in day that morning so I  had to wake them to get a picture with the girls before they left for school.  So in most pictures the boys look like they are still asleep they probably are.lol.

Festival of Trees

Dec 1st we went to the Hurricane Festival of Trees.  Shaylee had basketball practice and Addison had drivers ed so we missed both of them.  Brecken and Landon's class both had trees they had worked on for the festival so we went to look at their trees.  Breckens tree he made a red truck with a christmas tree on the back, and a clay taco? lol?  Landons was a gingerbread man tree so he decorated a gingerbread man.  They both loved seeing their trees there and were excited when they found out Santa was there.  There was hardly a line so we got right through.  We walked around the gift market, and the nativity scenes, as well as the train room.  The boys had a blast and wanted to buy all the things.
