March Madness & Golf

I  love these pictures of Landon.  You don't see his face, but you see he is in front of the tv watching any March madness games with teams he picked to win.  Even if Dean was still at work or gone doing something Landon would make sure he knew what time his teams played and he would be by himself watching.  Guess what Landon won the whole thing too.  It was between Brecken and Landon they both had the final 2 teams right but each chose the other team.  So it was fun but in the end Landon's Team UCONN won it all.  This week Brecken also started Golf camp? I'm not sure what to call it lesson's but with about 20 other kids.  It was through the city and we decided between tennis and golf that was a good mix for him. He likes it alright but still prefers tennis.  Also during this time Addison had us start a 2000 piece little mermaid puzzle.  It was tough I  don't even love 1000 pieces but throw in another 1000 and I  was ready to have it off my table.  We finished it in about a week with no help from Addison.  lol.  The girls worked on the first part and then toward the end, but Dean is the one who finished 70% of it.

 

Broadway Magic

Another year of Broadway magic has come to an end.  We had a great time watching all the dancers.  Addison was in two songs.  She did one for her junior class as well as for ballroom.  She did a great job in both.  The boys almost couldn't last but were able to hold out since Addison's Performances were part of the last three acts.  Shaylee was going to do it with her senior class and then decided against it.  1: because she is not a dancer (her words not mine). 2: The dance team pretty much dances the whole time and the other people stand around in the background looking awkward. (again, her words not mine). One more year of this for Addison I  cant believe how fast time goes by.

 

Fun Run Fundraiser

The boys had their annual school fun run this year and they both raised over 200$ each.  Family is the best.  I  helped out that day with the fun run so I gotta watch them both.  They were the last 2 classes so back to back.  Brecken was first and he did great.  He didn't stop once.  He is such a good long distance runner.  He always had a smile too.  Landon's class was next and he was fast.  He likes to sprint and then when he gets to the far side he walks and then picks up sprinting again.  He was lapping everyone and had a great time as well.  This year they added some obstacle course stuff which the kids loved.  I  was in line marking peoples bibs so they could see how many laps they did, but I  got a few pictures of the boys running at me.  After school they both came home and told me they had won 1st place in the most laps ran in 1st and 5th grade.  I'm not surprised they both did great.  I  sure do love them and this time in Elemverty together.  I  can't believe it's coming to an end.
