Preston played in a 3v3 Soccer Tournament May 30th. He played on a team with one of his team mates, and a couple boys from a St. George team. They did awesome and won the whole thing. They were undefeated the whole time. They started at 9:30, and played games off and on all day tell 4:00. It was so hot, and the turf field they played on was an extra 20 degrees hotter. So their feet were on fire. Since they won they move on to play up north in the regional tournament. Preston was so excited to get his championship medal he didn't take it off the rest of the day. Only to go swimming of course…then it was right back on.

Basketball camp, Swimming, Park, and Splash pads
We've had a great week of summer so far. The girls had there basketball camp this week, and both loved it. They got to go together 3-5th grade so that was fun for them, and nice for me because I only had to take the girls to once a day instead of twice. Preston started swim team without the girls, they will start after soccer camp in another week. Preston also has been practicing for the summer games in Soccer, and has stayed busy his first week of summer. We spent Tuesday at the park and splash pad, the kids loved it, but especially Brecken. He loved the splash pad, and didn't care that the water was cold he just wanted to play in it. We went to the library, and played night games,We also have been swimming a couple times last week as well. The kids are all fishes, and Brecken is following in there footsteps. He loves jumping off the rock, and going down the slide. He also loves for us to read books to him, he mostly reads books where balloons are involved. So glad for summer and getting to spend time with the kids.

Schools out for the SUMMER!!!
Yay, we made it to the end of the year again. Bitter sweet I guess. I can't believe I have a kid leaving elementary school, it goes way to fast. Shaylee did great in 3rd, and is excited for 4th grade, and her new teacher. Addison will have Shaylees old teacher again, since they both are in Chinese Addison get every teacher Shaylee does. I loved Shaylee's teacher, so I'm excited for Addison to get her as well. All the kids did great on the end of year testing, and got great grades. So of course we celebrate the first day of summer with our summer basket, and donuts. Love these kids of mine.

Preston's Constitution Play.
Preston was Benjamin Franklin in his schools Constitution play. He wanted that part, because as he put it. "it's the only part, that tells a joke or two and makes people laugh. " That pretty much sums up Preston. He loves to make people laugh, and just to laugh in general. Pretty sad to see him leaving elementary school. 5th Grade was good to him. He liked his teacher Mrs. Jackson, and can't wait for intermediate school next year, and getting to school by 7:15. Time goes by to fast.
Sickness, and Preston's 5th Grade Field Trip.
This picture is of Brecken, while I mow the law. He was so sick, but I had put off mowing the lawn for 10 days, so it had to be done, or I wouldn't be able to get my mower through it. He had a fever that wouldn't brake, I found him asleep in the tramp, as I was finishing up. Poor guy.

Spring Soccer
The girls went undefeated this soccer season. They were so excited. They played really well, and had so much fun being on a team with friends. Shaylee, and Addison both scored goals this season. Addison was really excited since she was 2-3 years younger then all of them. She has so much confidence, and I hope she never loses that. Addison is great at any position she is in, but she excels at defense. Even if she is on offense I'll find her running back to help out the defense. She loves to take the ball from other people, and is quite good at it too. She is very persistent. Shaylee love playing mid-and forward, and I think that is her best position too. She has great ball control, and loves the game so much.
