While all the older kids were gone we also got to go up to the summer games and cheer on my sisters. They put a basketball team together for the summer games. They had a blast and I had a blast watching them. They did awesome. I was the self appointed coach/poster lady/gatorade lady. Friday we won 2 last one. So we had a game at 8:00 the next morning for a play in game for the gold medal game or if we lost it would drop us down into the bronze medal game. We had lost to this team we had to play on friday by like 40 points. We ended up beating them in a close game to play for the gold medal. The gold medal game was played in the SUU arena, and we had to play a Hurricane team which we knew quite a few players. It was a fun game, but we just could never get a head. We ended up taking the silver. The boys loved cheering on the aunts and hanging with the cousins. Such a fun weekend.

Senior trip #2/ Girls Camp
Preston went to Montana for his Boy Senior Trip. They left Tuesday morning. It was a 16 hour road trip and they said it was long. lol. The weather was quiet overcast and chilly. They played down by the river, chopped down a tree and built a raft, went to glacier national park, and just spent time together in the woods and cabin. They had a blast, but couldn't decided if it was worth that far of a drive. The girls had girls camp this week and also left tuesday and wednesday. Shaylee was a YSA leader, so she was a counselor over the young campers and helped with mountain moments, camp activities and shopping for the food. They loved going kayaking at the lake and playing in it. The zipline is always a favorite, and dad came up with "nothing bundt cakes" for our ward girls friday night during bishopric testimony meeting. I got to hang with the boys again for half the week so we went swimming, the library, splash pad/parks and mini golfing. We had a sleepover in my room Friday night while everyone even dad was gone. we watched a movie too. I cant believe how fast summer is going. We have got to get Preston going on all his mission list stuff. lol.

Preston Temple Endowments.
JUNE 10 2022
Preston went through the temple for the first time to take out his own endowments on June 10th 2022 in the Cedar City Temple. He was surrounded by loving family members who made the trek down from up north to be there for him on this special day and many family members who are on the other side of the veil cheering him on. Our friend and neighbor Leslie wheeler also came but I forgot to get a picture with her. I had tears in my eyes a few times, but loved seeing my husband and son sitting together in the temple. It was such a special day, full of special feelings, and memories we will never forget. Families can be together forever.
