We were still on Utah time so we were up and awake around 6:00. We had nothing else to do so we got to the beach by 8:00. The weather was beautiful, and the waves were perfect for boogie boarding. I could've stayed at this beach all day. It was around 85 that day. We ventured around the beach played in the sand, and boogie boarded in the ocean. Shaylee didn't want to get in tell it warmed up throughout the day, and Landon had a bad wipe out on the boogie board so Shaylee played with Landon on the sand while the rest of us boogie boarded. Addison and Brecken were the first in and the longest ones to stay in and then Dean, myself, and Preston were in and out for most the morning and afternoon. We left around 2:00 to eat some lunch. After lunch we decided to try a hike that was close to where we were staying. It was really pretty lava fields hike, with gorgeous ocean views. We saw baby goats and mama goats along the way. There were a few blow holes we loved to watch a long the way and see if we could get splashed by them. After our hike we went into town and got some Hawaiian Shaved Ice. It was so good after a long day of beaches and hiking. We ended up home for dinner and again, were all in bed by 7:00.
