The first Sunday in December is always candy making sunday. We make all our favorites. Fudge, caramel, and toffee. We have it down to a science and can whip it out pretty fast. I love this tradition and definitely missed having my older 2 kids with us. I kept wanting to put stuff off tell they were home to do it with us, then I had to take some sense into myself that we couldn't get everything done and we could do stuff without them. I knew they wouldn't miss candy making to much...just the eating part. We had Jessica here this time. She moved down this last fall and we are all so excited to have her here.
