Club Soccer and Swiss Days

We had another club soccer game this last week.  We played 7 elite which is a great club.  We came out strong with Landon scoring a goal he put it in the top left corner.  They then came back 10 minutes later with a goal of their own.  We then scored again with lincoln petty scoring a goal.  After that we went into halftime 2-2.  The boys were fighting so hard and working so good together.  It was a hard fought game.   We stayed at 2-2 for a long while and then they got another shot on goal to make it 3-2.  With about 5 minutes left in the game Landon got another wide left side kick and got it in to tie up the game 3-3.  We then were able to get it to Landon again in that same left corner and he was able to score again making it 4-3.  It was a hat trick for Landon and he was super excited about that.  We were able to hold them off and took the win 4-3.  Those boys gave it there all this game and looked so good. They were all so excited the whole team but 2 have the same spanish teacher and she came and watched them play.  They love Senora Fabian.  She is such a sweetheart and brought popsicles for the team and wanted a picture with them.  They are a good little team and i've loved watching them play this season.  After the game while we were over in Santa Clara we decided to head to Swiss days and walk around.  It was around 3:20 by the time we got there, but it was already closing down some of the stuff.  We tried to get tickets for the bounce houses and they said they were getting ready to close.  The kids booths were all closing down so we walked around quickly to see everything and then got in line because the boys wanted Zeppe's we got to the front of the line only to realize they were out of custard.  The boys decided to hold off and just get a blizzard later that night while they watched the BYU football game.  It was a fun day hanging out with the boys.  We sure do miss the older kids and it get lonely but we love them all and love when we do get all together.
