We tried a new tradition this year. Cedar/Enoch opened up a indoor ice skating rink so we decided to try it out for one of our holiday activities. We even talked mom nad dad into coming and watching us. We had a good crowd. Emily came with Jaden and Tanner then the regulars. It was a lot of fun and the music was amazing. Grandpa even went up after our session and asked what station or playlist they were using because he needed it in his life. The boy told him the playlist was on spotify and dad had it downloaded in no time. lol. It was Emily's first time ice skating and she was awesome for not giving up and trying her hardest. She ended up improving so much from the time we started to finish. My kids all seemed to have it down pretty good knowing how to rollerblade and also staking before. After our time was up we went to one of the drive ins up there and all got some dinner and shakes. I didn't get a shake because I was still freezing from the ice skating and the kids won't let me turn on the heater very high in the truck. We still had time to come home and watch the cartoon grinch for the holiday movie for the night.
