Brecken had a room project due and he wasn't finding anything in his class he could use to build his room....so he brought it home and used stuff we had around the house. We found some wood floor pictures online and just printed the wood floor out on paper. We used spare tiles for the bed, couch, desk, night stand, and chairs. We also used tile for the planters holding our trees. The trees came from leaves off our plants. We made the pillow for the bed and couch. We used felt and hot glued it together with cotton balls inside to make them appear fluffy. Brecken made the t.v. /fireplace mostly at school. He also used popsicle sticks for the shelving and the mantel. He loved doing this project and had a blast putting his room together. We did this all before the super bowl. We went over to grandpa and grandma Eves house and had a yummy spread of all the good super bowl junk. I had to take a picture of Breckens plate because of all the yummy wings, chips, dips, sliders, all the good food. He put together these little cheese and cracker things with pickles. A big old plate of them. We were not cheering for any team specifically since our teams we wanted got out, but we all made beats and aunt Stephanie won the whole thing. We also finished a puzzle while we watched as well.
