Last day & Early morning flight

On his last day home Preston had a few classes in the morning and then the rest of the day to pack and be with family.  While he was in his classes Shaylee, and I started on his room and packing.  When Preston got done he came up and helped finish it out.  We all went to dinner together.  Preston went to his favorite restaurant with his Dad and sister the weekend before "Red Lobster".  The boys and I don't care for seafood so we let the big kids go with Preston.  So since he already ate at his favorite restaurant we went to his next favorite Chili's.  It was fun to all be together for one last meal.  Preston seemed pretty melancholy but I guess that is to be expected.  We ate Chips and Salsa tell we were so full.  Everyone loves those.  Then Preston went with Dean to grab one last thing to pack while we came home to meet grandpa and grandma and aunt Stephanie at home.  While they were visiting we somehow got going on group yoga poses and trying to do some together.  We did pretty good on the stacking one once we figured out where everyone needed to be.  Dean and Stephanie were the only two that could do the pose they did. lol.  After that the family said goodbye.   That was hard.  Ashlyn brought over some Drinks for a few of the kids and stayed and talked for awhile.  We ended the night giving Preston a blessing and heading to bed because we had a 4:00 a.m. wake up call.  We were scrambling that morning to get everyone out the door.  Preston was the last one ready.  Ashlyn road down to the airport with us and we arrived right at 5:00.  Checked his bags in which was touch and go since he didn't have any tickets with us, and Preston didn't do early check in.  But, we made it and all went well we were really underweight for all our bags so we did good that way.  Preston's boys came to see him off and that was a tearjerker too.  So hard to say goodbye but know he is doing the best adn right thing for himself right now.  We all said our goodbyes and gave one last hug and he was off.  We went up to the viewing room to watch his plane take off.  We then left to come home and cry the day away.  lol.  okay, maybe I was the only one who cried the day away.  I had to stay busy so I deep cleaned Preston's bathroom and room and then cried because of how clean it was and the fact that it would stay clean.... I know pathetic.  Addison and the boys gave me many hugs and reassured me it would be okay.  Shaylee may have laughed at me a few times, but I made it through the day.  The next day I did so much better and we heard from him that morning that he had made it.  He was officially at the Mexico MTC for the next 4 weeks.
