Sick but Alive March 14th-20th

No email this week as Preston was sick from last Wednesday to really Monday when we talked to him.  Last week when we talked to him he was really excited about the work and people they were teaching. Tuesday he got together with some locals and they played a soccer game.  Which Preston loved and misses.  He had a great time that night.  Wednesday he came down with his usual sickness where he is so weak he can't even stand up and move and gets sick like he needs ro throw up. By friday morning the mission president's wife sent him to the Dr's.  Which is the hospital over there.  They just pumped preston full of fluids which didn't help and sent him on his way. He was so sick but they had to make it to go visit their new teaching family and he made it through.  He said they showed up to church and want to be baptised this Sunday.  While we were talking to him he was finally feeling better.  He said he woke up sicker than ever but as the day went on he started to feel better.  He told us how he remembered having a lesson in primary with a fishing pole with a magnet and decided to make a fishing pole to teach his lesson to his family he is teaching with the 3 kids. The kids loved the fishing and it was the best they had been and listened.  He loved that he had the spirit guide him with that idea on how to teach the children.  He also told us that his district built a corn hole game so they could play it on their p-days at the church.  He also told us that his companion and him found a great deal on some Nike shoes so they bought them and twinned at church the next Sunday.  He is excited for this next week with a few hopefully baptisms.  Also, next week is transferred so we will see if Preston stays or goes and if he will get to be a senior companion.
