Landon's birthday was on a Monday this year. We had just had a busy weekend with family in town the big BYU football game, and then next up Landon's 9th birthday. He was so excited and loved everything he got. He wanted just a plain glazed donut for his birthday breakfast and he only wanted a blizzard for his birthday lunch at school. I told him he needed something besides sugar all day and he said I could grab some fries to dip in his blizzard. lol. He wanted some more basketball cards, another book to put them in, Dog man books, and some markers like Breckens. He was super excited about all of the things he got. I took him his lunch as sat by him and talked to him and his friends during lunch. Most of these kids just sit and talk and then throw away there food to go to recess it boggled by mind how much food was wasted. After school he wanted to go bowling so we hit up Fiesta fun and played a few rounds until dad was off work and could meet us at Texas Road house for dinner. Landon won the first round of bowling with Brecken winning the second round. I think I took last both times. They did have the guard rails up though. lol. We talked to SHaylee while we were bowling and she wanted to talked to Landon and wish him a happy birthday. We then made it to Texas Road house and Landon let us know he didn't not want to ride the saddle and be song to so we didn't bring it up. He got a steak and killed it. We had so much fun with him. When we got home Grandpa and Grandma came over with Steph to give Landon his present and eat some ice cream cake with us. I can't believe he is 9 years old. 3rd grade. Spanish Dual immersion program. Favorite subject reading. Favorite food Steak with A1. Color: Pink, Favorite books: currently Dog man. Favorite sport Soccer, but loves watching football especially BYU. He is very energetic. Loves to talk and move around, doesn't like to eat very much, and loves to color, all sports, or anything outside really. We sure do love him and are so glad he is the caboose in our family.
