I cant believe another one is leaving the home. We had a move in date for Wednesday the 13th. We got a apartment where Dean stayed while he went to college at Dixie. Backstory we were a little late to the game because Addison had a full ride at USU, and so we got her all set up to go their. We got classes and I was looking everywhere for apartments. Well come a month later I was having second thought about having her so far away without anyone close or who she knew so I talked to her about it and she also felt like she wanted to be closer to home. So we started back at square one and got her set up to Utah tech. We were late like I said so housing a lot of them said full. Dean couldn't stop raving about where he stayed and we found a last opening at a place they call the tree house. They had no picture online, nor did they have floor plans. We tried calling multiple times to check out the place and we got no response. Well fast forward to july/august and Addison really got on them to check out the place and they told her we couldn't because people were living there. Well move in day happened and we open up her house and there is a dog barking none stop. The place is a pig stye and bugs and hair everywhere. It was so gross. We spent about 20 minutes going back and forth on what to do and I told her to call the people and we wanted to talk to them. We told them we were under the impression it was a no pet place and addison couldn't live there it was filthy. They said they couldn't give us our money back and we told them we had tried over and over to get a hold of them to see the place. They had no right to withhold our money when we had no way of seeing the place or getting a hold of them personally. Needless to say a couple hours later we are driving around looking for places to stay. We found one and were able to sign and move in that day. It is perfect. Older but still kept up with. She will have a roomate plus another set of roomates in the other room. So 4 girls total. We moved in a day early from when they were having their move in date, but we were already packed up and ready to go. We spent the day going through everything and then going shopping to find some groceries and last minute things. We will miss Addison's smiling face and love she has for all of us. She is the best sister to her younger brothers and they are going to miss her like crazy. We are so excited for her though and can't wait to see her grow and learn this next school year.
